Shipping

We ship worldwide.

All shipping options available to your address will show upon checkout. If your country does not appear, reach out to us here for a Shipping Estimate.

We ship from Manila, Philippines, with costs based on volumetric weight. Any excess shipping fee
paid are refunded, and we use the most cost and time-efficient shipping option available to us.

Lower shipping costs are prioritized, thus we package in a pouch whenever possible for a lower volumetric weight. Should you wish for your item to be boxed instead, send us a message here so we can send you a custom shipping estimate.

*Larger items/packaging incur higher shipping costs due to its volume.

Transit Time

We are a tiny team and in light of necessary safety precautions, we’ve had to reduce shipping to once a week—on Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Also, note that due to a general increase in shipping volume, couriers may sometimes take up to 2-3 days to dispatch packages. In any case, we will try our best to get your package to you at the fastest possible time.

    • Approx. 3-5 business days 
  • International Postal Service
    • Approx. 10-20 business days depending on destination
    • *Best for smaller items that fit in a 12” x 18” pouch.

Tracking number will be sent once your package has shipped. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Certain orders may experience customs delays and charges which we, unfortunately, have no control over.

Any applicable customs duties & taxes are assessed upon delivery, to be shouldered by recipient. See more info here. We also suggest to check with your local post to avoid unexpected charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Disclaimer: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color and dimensions are commonplace and natural, and should not be a basis for return.

We accept exchanges for items that are damaged or are not as described. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a store credit or exchange within 10 days of delivery, upon approval of return.

All sales on SALE items are final.
All sales 10 days after delivery are final. 

Items must be returned with the ff.:
  1. In unused & original condition
  2. Original tags
  3. Original packaging
  4. Invoice / Receipt

*Any international return shipping costs are at buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for any taxes incurred or lost/stolen returns.

Please send us an email at contact@ancan.store. Please allow up to 7 days for your return/refundto be processed. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that doesnot meet our return policies.

Privacy Policy

Any information you provide is confidential and will only be used for order processing, marketing, and shipping. No details will be disclosed to any third-parties outside of our organization unless necessary and without your consent. Ancán operates under the company LaSala Trading.
